Redding Occupational Medical Clinic (ROMC) recognizes that the insurer has unique needs in attempting to assist the patients’ return to their maximum level of health as efficiently as possible.  At the top of the list is communication.  Without a clear understanding of what the nature and extent of the injury is, what treatments are needed, and what complications may be delaying recovery, the insurer is unable to facilitate care promptly while insuring that treatments that don’t reflect evidence based medicine are not given.
